Product arrived in excellent time unfortunately when I opened the box, the lid of the jar was sellotaped on - I thought this was strange but peeled it off to discover that the lid itself didn’t screw on so the manufacturer chose to sellotape the lid on instead of discard the malfunctioning lid. So very poor product QC and I am reluctant to use the face cream as it may have been exposed to contamination or oxidation as wasn’t adequately sealed.
