I was not dissapointed, I was extremely impressed with the quality, the workmanship and the softness of the garment.
Top class customer service has to be recognised also, as my order was placed during the power outage and closure of the store, due to a bad storm. I have received emails throughout, updating the situation, and also appreciation email for placing the order. That level of customer service is so important, and richly appreciated.
